At 19 years old, Isaac faced the unimaginable: losing both parents in the same year. Just as he was beginning to rebuild, he suffered a career-threatening hip injury that required surgical replacement. Most would have quit. Isaac didn't.
Instead, he transformed that pain into purpose. Over the next 7 years, he became a professional pitcher, won 4 championships, recorded 526 strikeouts, and proved that the greatest obstacles can become your greatest strengths.
Today, Isaac channels that resilience into helping others—through coaching, speaking, and consulting. He teaches teams and organizations that champions aren't born; they're built through dedication, discipline, and the determination to overcome any challenge.
