Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This site is run by Isaac Hess. This page says what personal information it collects, who handles it, and what you can ask me to do with it. I only list what the site actually does.
What I collect
- Application and inquiry forms (coaching, consulting, speaking): your name, your email, and whatever you type into the form. The form is sent to my inbox by email through Resend. If the email fails, the submission is written to the site’s server log so it is not lost.
- Newsletter signup: your email address, stored as a contact in Resend, which also sends the newsletter.
- Booking a call: the booking form on the consulting page is Cal.com, embedded on this site. Cal.com collects your name, email, and booking details, and Stripe, working through Cal.com, takes your payment. I never see or store your card number.
- Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security and operations.
The site does not run advertising trackers or analytics tools of its own, and it has no accounts or logins. Fonts load from Google Fonts through Next.js, which serves them from this site.
How I use it
To reply to you, run a coaching, consulting, or speaking conversation, deliver a call you booked, and send the newsletter if you signed up. I do not sell your information and I do not share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Resend (email delivery and the newsletter list), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy and handles your data under its own terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time with the link in any issue. To see, correct, or delete what I hold about you, email isaac@cagelist.com. I will act on it within a reasonable time. Records Stripe or Cal.com keep for their own legal or tax reasons are theirs to manage.
Kids
The site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information. If a parent is arranging coaching for a young player, the parent is the one filling in the form.
Changes
If this changes, I will update the date at the top of the page.
